Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, “hands-on” Data Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end data pipeline for our healthcare analytics platform. You will be the orchestrator between Key Account Managers, Engineering, Data Science, and Support teams to ensure that sensitive hospital data is collected, validated, and deployed to production dashboards every month across multiple countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Spain, Croatia, and Poland).
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Pipeline Ownership: Act as the primary owner of the monthly delivery lifecycle, from initial hospital data collection to final production load and client notification.
- Cross-Functional Synchronization: Serve as the central hub between KAMs, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure no data sits idle.
- Deadline & SLA Management: Define, track, and enforce strict monthly deadlines to ensure clients receive updated dashboards on time, every month.
- Regional Process Management: Navigate and execute the unique delivery requirements for each market.
- Data Quality Gatekeeping: Oversee the “Pre-Production” and “Post-Production” check phases, ensuring the Support team validates mirror accounts and performs “Smoke Checks” on live dashboards before the client is notified.
- Status Reporting: Provide real-time visibility into the delivery status of all active countries to senior leadership, ensuring transparency on progress and blockers.
Process Improvement & Scalability
- Workflow Standardization: Analyze existing regional flows to identify commonalities and work toward a unified “Global Delivery Standard.”
- Automation Advocacy: Collaborate with Engineering to transition manual validation steps and “on-demand” fixes into automated, scalable scripts.
- Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively identify why “Data Inconsistencies” occur and implement feedback loops with KAMs and hospitals to improve data quality at the source.
- New Market Playbooks: Create and document delivery playbooks for emerging markets to ensure they scale without adding linear overhead.
Requirements
- Operational “Doer” Mindset: A proven track record of managing complex, multi-stage projects where you are responsible for the daily movement of tasks, not just high-level oversight.
- Data Lifecycle Knowledge: Solid understanding of how data moves from raw collection through anonymization, validation, and final visualization.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to “speak the language” of both technical and non-technical teams.
- Multi-Market Coordination: Experience managing similar but distinct workflows across different countries or regions simultaneously.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools to track hundreds of moving parts across multiple pipelines.
Nice-to-Have
- HealthTech/Medical Domain Expertise: Familiarity with hospital data, medical indications, or working with external medical consultants.
- Technical Literacy: A basic understanding of SQL or database structures is a plus, though not mandatory.
- CEE Market Experience: Specific experience working with teams or data in the Central and Eastern European region.
- Scaling Experience: Experience helping a company move from manual data processing to automated, high-volume delivery.
Benefits Package:
- Smartphone/Laptop – Provided for work purposes
- Additional private health insurance active in the permanent contract
- Sport card
