Role Overview
We are looking for a Financial Controlling & Management Reporting Lead to strengthen the financial backbone of the company. This role is hands-on, analytical, and detail-driven, focused on management reporting, budget control, cash-flow forecasting, and KPI accuracy. You will work closely with the Financial Manager and CEO, ensuring that all financial insights are timely, reliable, and investor-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly management reporting, including:
- Budget vs Actual analysis
- Revenue and cost breakdown by country, product, and function
- – Build and maintain cash-flow forecasts (rolling 13-week and annual)
- – Track and analyze core SaaS and scale-up KPIs:
- ARR, burn rate, runway, gross margin, churn, retention
- Prepare financial sections of board decks and investor materials
- – Support due diligence, audits, and data room preparation
- – Monitor cost discipline and headcount vs budget
- – Act as the financial quality gate before reports reach management or investors
Profile & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or management reporting
- Experience in SaaS, health-tech, biotech, or regulated environments is a strong plus
- Exposure to multi-country or multi-entity reporting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (models, pivots, scenarios)
- Structured, precise, and comfortable working close to senior leadership
