Key Account Manager – Hospitals/Physicians | Warsaw (Poland)

We’re expanding in Poland and looking for a proactive Key Account Manager in Warsaw to drive hospital software sales and build strong relationships across all levels—from physicians to IT and administration.
The Key Account Manager in Poland will be responsible for managing key hospital accounts and pharmaceutical companies, cultivating trust-based relationships, understanding researcher needs, and maximizing sales opportunities. This role includes presenting the company’s portfolio, conducting periodic training on new functionalities, addressing client requirements, and promoting products through direct interaction and frequent travel within the country.
Responsibilities:
- General responsibilities include targeting large and medium accounts for new and existing hospitals, also targeting large pharma companies for Danny Platform existing hospitals, also targeting large pharma companies for Danny Platform subscription and ad-hoc analysis services.
The key responsibilities of the Key Account Manager are:
- Represent and promote the company portfolio of technology products and services
- Develop and maintain strategic professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Identify and address short and long-term researcher and physicians needs
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to potential hospital accounts
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and technology developments
- Gain access to key individuals within hospital accounts to identify opportunities for product utilization
- Complete monthly billing and reconciliation tasks to expedite invoice payment
- Regularly attend physicians/ hospital visits in region and Warsaw
- Train physicians to work with the analytics platform
- Create and maintain a database of key account information including key account profiles with updates on the current status & next steps
- Complete monthly billing and reconciliation requirements
- Report directly to the Manager Key Accounts New Market of the company
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (CV must be submitted in English)
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare preferred)
- Passion for innovation, data, and improving patient outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
