As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Bulgaria.


Position Overview

As Sales Manager you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. You will promote Sqilline’s data analytics and AI solutions, focusing on the increasing demand for real-world evidence and data-driven insights in healthcare.


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

  • Understand client objectives and position Sqilline’s solutions as integral to their data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance pipelines.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions and presentations.

  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.

  • Conduct face-to-face and online client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and industry events to promote Sqilline’s capabilities.


Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (technology or healthcare experience is a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in the healthcare industry.

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to build and sustain client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • EU driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.


Work Environment

  • Frequent travel for client meetings and events (domestic and international).

  • Daily use of computers and digital tools for sales and reporting activities.
