Sqilline Health is building Europe’s AI Infrastructure Layer for Oncology – transforming unstructured clinical records into trusted real-world evidence that powers research, clinical trials, and better patient outcomes.

Our Danny Platform processes, structures, and integrates Electronic Health Records (EHRs) from hospital information systems using proprietary AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP). This enables automated extraction and standardization of key oncology parameters from unstructured medical documents – turning routine oncology documentation into structured, analysis-ready, research-grade datasets and delivering actionable insights for hospitals, physicians, and researchers.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager/Account Manager to lead our growth within Enterprise customers in Bulgaria.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager / Account Manager, you’ll target enterprise global companies through their local offices, playing a crucial role in driving the company’s revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector. You’ll be responsible for promoting Sqilline’s data analytics solutions to address the healthcare industry’s growing need for data-driven insights and real-world evidence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and account planning strategies to meet and exceed annual recurring revenue targets.
  • Increase new business and net revenue targets related to the YoY growth of the company for the respective region.
  • Identify, qualify, build a strong pipeline and close new business opportunities with enterprise healthcare companies looking to utilize real-world data and analytics solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and position Sqilline’s solutions as a key part of their data-driven decision-making process.
  • Addressing on time customer budget plan and strategy involving relative negotioation skills and efforts.
  • Developing strong relationships and maintaining a high adoption and satisfaction from the clients.
  • Manage forecasts and targets, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and successful client acquisition and renewals.
  • Collaborate with the product, technical, support and marketing teams.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • Foster and develop healthy and stable relationships with customers/clients
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan including Account planning, Next Steps, Risk management and a proper Risk mitigation plan.
  • Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning to implement operational efforts effectively while working in a collaboration across all teams.
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

Skills and background:

  • 3+ years of proven working experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business development or business management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and end-users.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for innovation in healthcare.
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Collaborative approach for executing customer’s and company goals and strategy
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to speak other foreign languages is a plus
  • Driving license is preferable to have
  • Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required
